Telavox’s cloud-based PBX and telephony platform has always been designed with a simple philosophy in mind – using the power of the Internet to make communication and daily work easier. One of the best ways to do that is by developing integrations. That means finding ways to make our software work seamlessly with the programs and tools you’re already using every day.
Our developers have been hard at work lately developing a brand new App Directory. This is a dedicated place in our telephony software where admin users can browse and add apps and integrations directly to their Telavox platform.
“With this App Directory our users can improve their Telavox experience by installing a variety of integrations in a really easy way,” says Marcus Lindeberg, developer at Telavox.
“It’s always been possible to add integrations, but after listening to feedback from our customers, we’ve focused on making it more straightforward and easier to install so users can get up and running quickly and easily.”
In the first phase of the App Directory, users will be able to add integrations with various CRM and knowledge base platforms including Freshdesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hubspot and Zendesk, with more integrations to be added in the near future. Customers who operate in Sweden can also incorporate BankID's verification tools seamlessly into their PBX or trigger an identification request during a call.
“If you’re using a CRM in your business already, we strongly recommend integrating it with Telavox. This lets you really make the most of both platforms. For example, you can use our softphone to make calls directly from the customer contact card, so you have the best bits of both systems working together,” says Marcus Lindeberg.
